Resume sourcing : We source resume using various online channels like Naukri.com, Shine.com, Careersma, Olx, Quicker, Fresher World and Indeed. We also generate various resume using our Newspaper Rojgar Saar by those areas which are having limited connectivity to internet.
Resume screening: HR department screens the resumes of various professionals and candidates obtained from Resume sourcing techniques and selects the qualified candidates for the given job position as per job description.
Record keeping: After resume screening procedure, HR department maintains the record of the qualified candidates using various softwares like MS Excel, Spreadsheet, MS Access and My SQL Database.
Pre-Interview: HR Department officially calls to the qualified candidates for the mentioned job position and conducts the pre-interview procedure at our Staffnic office situated in Raipur or telephonic screening round and in pre-interview process we look after the communication skills, personality, background, working skills and experience of the qualified candidate as per the job description for the given job vacancy.
Final Interview: After the pre-interview round, the qualified and well screened candidate is being sent to client's office for final interview round, where client officially takes a interview at their end and decides to recruit or not to recruit the candidate as per their requirements, but most of the candidates get recruited as they are already being pre-screened by our Staffnic HR Department effectively.
Recruitment: After the final interview round, the candidate gets recruited officially in the client's company on the prescribed payroll and perks, if the client is not satisfied with the manpower provided by us then we restart this process once again till we provide the best quality of the manpower (Candidate) to the client company.
